No females in season - If your female comes into season during its stay, there will $10 upcharge per day for the entire stay.
If your dog is not housebroken, whether it is puppy or adult, there will be a $10 upcharge per day.
You will be charged repair costs for any damage caused by your dog(s) during their stay.
Extra personalized care above our normal routine will be charged an additional fee and will be determined case by case. $5/day minimum.
Pick-up / Drop-off times are 7-9 am and 4-6 pm.
Think of your stay at Joyspring Kennel as a hotel stay. You will be charged for your day of drop-off. Check-out Time is 9:00 am. If you do not pick-up by 9, you will be charged for that day and we will see you between 4 and 6 pm or the next morning.
Circumstances have made it necessary to implement a cancelation/no show policy. We understand that things change, but your space is your space.
One day stay - 24 hrs notice. If canceled within 24 hrs of reservation - the cost of one day board
2 or more days - 48 hrs notice - If canceled within 48 hrs of reservation - $40 fee for standard kennel one dog and $50 for large kennel for one dog or $15 additional for each dog in the same kennel.
No call - No show - will be charged entire stay
There will be no intake or pick ups on Holidays.
Any cancelation or no show during a Holiday will be charged for your full reservation.
